Step 1 for stuffing

Heat the ghee in a pan on a medium flame. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon and cloves in the pan and stir it till you get to hear a crackling sound. Add onion, capsicum, tomato paste, ginger paste and garlic paste in the pan and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and chilli powder to the mixture and sauté it again for 2 minutes. Now the time is to add and mix panner (cottage chesse) in the pan and sauté it for 5 minutes. Remove the stuffing from the flame and allow it to get cool down.

Step 2 for filling

Take a slice of bread and spread the prepared panner stuffing evenly between the slice and place another slice of bread on top. Fill all the stuffing in the same manner in the left over breads. Now place the stuffed panner bread in a toaster and grill it till the bread color changes to golden brown. Serve the panner sandwich hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
